FAQ
-
How do I become a new patient?
Becoming a new patient is simple — just give us a call, send a text, or reach out by email. Our clinic is currently accepting new patients. We’d be happy to meet you and welcome you to our practice.
-
How do I make an appointment?
Give us a call, text us, or send an email — our friendly team is happy to help you schedule a visit or answer any questions about your eye care, eye exams, or insurance.
-
What are your clinic hours?
Our current hours are always up to date on our contact page and on the bottom of our website.
-
How far in advance should I book? Do you offer same-day appointments?
We do our best to accommodate urgent needs, including eye infections, sudden vision changes, or contact lens issues. Same-day appointments may be available depending on our doctors' schedules.
For routine visits, we recommend calling at least a month or two in advance to secure your preferred time — especially during busy seasons.
-
How do I schedule a Visual Efficiency Exam for myself or my child?
Start by booking a comprehensive eye exam with either of our doctors. During your visit, they’ll evaluate your visual system and discuss whether you or your child could benefit from Vision Therapy. If so, we’ll help you schedule a Visual Efficiency Exam and walk you through next steps. You can also visit our Vision Therapy page for more details.
-
Do you provide emergency or medical eye appointments?
Yes. If you're dealing with an urgent eye concern, such as an injury, pink eye, or sudden vision loss, we’ll do everything we can to get you in the same day.
If your condition requires specialized care, we’ll refer you to a trusted local provider to ensure you’re treated quickly and appropriately.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We’re insurance-friendly and in-network with many major medical and vision plans. While we accept most major medical plans, it is always good to call your insurance provider and verify coverage prior to your visit.
Medical plans include:
- Health Partners
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Medica
- Medicare
We also accept these vision plans:
- VSP
- NVA
Please note: We do not currently accept state plans such as Forward Health, BadgerCare, Medicaid, Davis Vision, or Superior Vision.
