Optometrists
DOCTOR
Dr. Bobbie Barsness, OD
Born and raised in River Falls, Dr. Bobbie Barsness is proud to care for the community she calls home. She began her career in eye care working for Dr. Ginsberg while studying biochemistry at UWRF, then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2008.
After returning to join the practice, she purchased the clinic in 2013 — updating the space and expanding services to better serve families across Western Wisconsin. Dr. Barsness has a special interest in pediatric vision and leads our Vision Therapy program, helping patients of all ages achieve their best vision through personalized care.
DOCTOR
Dr. Chris Roghair, OD
Dr. Chris Roghair grew up in Richland Center, WI and holds a degree in Psychology from UW–La Crosse. He graduated summa cum laude from the Illinois College of Optometry, with clinical experience in ocular disease, contact lenses, pediatric care, and low vision rehabilitation.
Dr. Roghair is committed to providing personalized, thorough eye care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. He’s a member of the American Optometric Association and VOSH International, where he’s contributed to vision mission trips in Mexico and Guatemala.
Dr. Roghair enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and three children, including hiking, biking, and sports.

TECHNICIAN
Cassie
Cassie joined our team in Summer 2022. Born and raised in Prescott, WI, she and her husband have called River Falls home since 2014. Together, they’re raising two daughters.
When she’s not helping patients, Cassie enjoys family time, cooking, watching sports, and attending concerts.
OPTICIAN
Dani
Dani joined us in early 2019, bringing 10 years of experience in the optical industry. With a passion for eye care and its evolving technologies, she’s dedicated to helping patients find the perfect eyewear and navigate insurance.
A former University of Wisconsin–River Falls student, Dani loves the small-town community and genuine spirit of the area. Outside work, she enjoys art, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their three big dogs.
OPTICIAN
Tom
Tom Joined our team in August of 2024. He has 8 years of optical experience, and is eager to help patients from safely using contacts to picking out glasses. He was born and raised in Ellsworth and enjoys the countryside.
Outside of work, he likes spending time with friends and family, reading, and watching Wisconsin sports.
